Working with senior employees at Genware, a junior developer is able to learn in a hands-on manner. CONTRACTING Genware Computer Systems utilizes contractors in two areas: Individual Contractors and Corporations. Contractors are expected to be senior professionals with at least five years of Business Intelligence development expertise. Corp-to-Corp In a marketplace where experienced individuals are scarce, Genware recognizes the value of working with corporations to ensure that we have the right people available to provide our customers with the services they require.
